Data preparation
We work through the pre-migration checklist with you and identify what you want to bring across. Data import formats and migration validation are scoped during the early-access conversation.
Configuration
We configure the platform around your practice — workflows, assessment and report templates, employer client records and reporting — so it matches the workflows we mapped.
Testing
We test the configuration with a small set of cases before go-live. The test scope and acceptance approach are scoped per practice during the early-access conversation.
Training
Training is part of the journey, so your team can run the platform confidently. Training format, depth and number of sessions are scoped per practice at quote.
Go-live
You go live when the testing and training are complete. The go-live plan and timing are scoped per practice; we do not promise a specific number of weeks.
